A fascination with connecting mind and body led Faris to explore yoga in 2014. It wouldn’t be until a year later that, after completing her first of several teacher training courses, she would fully dedicate herself to yoga practice.
Over the past few years, Faris has continued to develop and perfect her techniques, drawing inspiration from her daily visits to the mat. A versatile teacher of various styles and levels, it’s a guarantee no two of her classes will be the same. Her biggest motivation is helping beginners feel comfortable in their practice and learning of essential postures, while ensuring a safe class environment.
By nurturing body, mind and soul, Faris strives to help others live life to the fullest through yoga, with a commitment to making them feel refreshed, nourished and balanced by the time they step off the mat.
